While accessible by air year-round, road travel is limited to the summer months due to snow-blocked mountain passes. Visitors must take time to acclimatize due to the high altitude, but those who do are rewarded with a truly unforgettable experience.

Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival Leh Airport (IXL) - Shanti Stupa Sightseeing & Market Visit -
- Leh (11811 Ft / 3600 Mts, 10 Kms / 35m Drive)
- After reaching Leh airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to the hotel for check-in. Spend the day in the hotel resting and acclimatizing while drinking plenty water. Visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace and the Market in the evening.
- Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 2 : Leh - Local Sightseeing (Monasteries) - Leh
- Leh (11811 Ft / 3600 Mts)
- After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing on the Leh – Manali Highway. Visit the Hemis Monastery, Thikshey Monastery, Rancho School (Druk Padma School) and Shey Palace.
- Return back to Leh for an overnight stay
Day 3 : Local Sightseeing - Leh
- Leh (11811 Ft / 3600 Mts)
- After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing on the Leh - Srinagar Highway. Visit the Hall of Fame. This is a museum maintained by the Indian Army showcasing their strength during the different wars fought, Kali Mata Temple (Spituk Monastery) &GurudwaraPatthar Sahib supposed to be built to mark the visit of Guru Nanak Dev to this area. Proceed further and experience the effects of Magnetic Hill which is set to defy the law of gravity and admire the confluence of Indus &Zanskar (Sangam). Return back to Leh for an overnight stay.

Day 4 : Leh - Nubra
- Nubra (10000 Ft / 3048 Mts, 130 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs Drive)
- After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (the warmest region in Ladakh) via KhardunglaPass.En route, admire the spectacular views of the never ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardungla pass (5,359 m (17,582 ft). Continue down to Nubra - known for its picturesque valley featuring sand dunes, bactarian camels, the swift Shyokriver, and the DiskitMonstery. After hotel check-in, enjoy Camel Safari in the evening. After check-in, relax and head out around late afternoon for camel rides, ATV ride options and walks around the quiet neighborhood.
- Overnight stay in Nubra.
Day 5 : Nubra– Pangong
- PangongTso (14270 Ft / 4350 Mts, 140Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs Drive) via Agyam-Shyok route
- After breakfast, we will start the day following the same route towards Leh until Khalsar. From the Agyambridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area and walk along its banks, do a bit of bird watching. Spend the evening walking along the shores of the lake.
- Overnight stay in Pangong.
Day 6 : Pangong -Leh
- Leh (11483 Ft / 3500 Mts, 140 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs Drive one way approx)
- After breakfast, travel back to Leh. En route take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea and drive to Leh.
- Overnight stay in Leh
Day 7 : Leh Airport (IXL)
- Leh Airport (11562 Ft / 3525 Mts, 5 Kms / 20 m Drive)
- After breakfast, get transferred to Leh Airport for boarding the flight to your destination. The drive from Leh to KushokBakula Airport takes about 20-30 minutes
