If the cancellation is done between the date of booking to 30 days before departure, the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
If the cancellation is done between 15 days to 30 days before departure, the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
If the cancellation is done between 07 days to 15 days before departure, the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
If the cancellation is done less than 07 days before departure or in case of no show, the total amount will be forfeited and no refund.
