Tour programme may be changed/altered/varied/extended even in case of the tour due to unavoidable circumstances, natural calamity, break down of conveyance, local bandh/strike/agitation, road blockage or any other such happenings beyond the control us.

In case the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances the extra cost will have to be borne by the tourist/client.

Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life/property or belongs whatsoever of the tourist caused by any accident/theft/robbery or any other hazard happening during the tour.

Please brief to guest that vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only point to point basis.

Lifts are not available in these areas and guest should be prepared to climb a few stairs.

Hotels/Home/Lodge available are only with basic amenities simple food cooked by the locals.

Participants must be in good health and a good physical condition. Participants with medical problems must inform us well before departure. In case any participant falls sick during the programme, the medical, travel, porter and any other expenses has to be borne by the concerned individual. But please understand there are certain hazards involved in your adventure holidays which you must accept at your own risk.

Also, note that the guest should always be patient with the drivers/local people’s/hotelier as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote villages.

Basic personal items to be carried include, feather jacket & heavy woollens, light woollens during, walking boots, rainproof jacket during monsoon, torch, spare batteries, water flask, cold cream, personal medicines & Sunglasses. Advice guest to bring heavy woollens if travelling to East Sikkim as this area is cold throughout the year.

If any tourist spot do not complete which falls on closing day & if they want to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle.

If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule they will be considered as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for the re-schedule the sightseeing.

Room heater available in the hotel with an extra cost bourne by the guest directly.

The Company in no way shall be responsible for Flight/Train/Bus Miss, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents etc.

Every client/tourist must carry 04 copies of passport photographs along with 04 photocopies of photo identity proof (i.e. Voter ID Card/Passport. Ration Card/Birth Certificate as well as address proof. Please carry original documents: Aadhaar Card and Pan Card are not acceptable in Sikkim.

All sightseeing depends on permits, weather, time and road condition.

If the package is cancelled 0 to15 days from the date of departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged

If the package is cancelled 16 to 30 days from the date of departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged

If the package is cancelled 31 to 90 days from the date of departure: booking amount will be charged

The amount paid as per the above-mentioned timelines shall be non-refundable

Any additional liability incurred by Spin On Holiday on account of advance payments to vendors will be debited more than the aforementioned cancellation amount.
