- Permits: All permits with forest entry fees and permissions with local sightseeing as per the itinerary at destinations. Permit for Rohtang Pass. Inner permit for Leh Ladakh
- On Road Assistance: Basic spare and Mechanic throughout the bike ride. Backup vehicle to carry your luggage for minimum 10 riders in fixed departures. Oxygen cylinder and First Aid Kit
- Leaders and Guide: Certified and well experienced Leader and well-versed experts
- Insurance: Personal Travel Insurance for your trek shall be included in your package. Though your safety is in your hands, so strictly adhere to safety norms
- Additional: In case the road is closed to Khardung La or Nubra to Pangong then transfers to Leh - Nubra - Pangong Leh circuit will be done on Traveller/ SUV at no extra cost
- All meals during transit, other than mentioned in itinerary

- River Rafting, Paragliding and or any kinds of photography or videography of activity charges etc..
- Refundable security deposit of Rs 10000/- per bike in cash for bike damage / transfer of the bike if you leave in between the tour
- Any damage/ Accident/ change of spares for bikes or helmets payable as extra directly
- Cost incidental to change in itinerary due natural calamities and alterations beyond human control on account of flight cancellation, bad weather, road blocks or health issues
- Any kind of personal expense such as laundry, telephone calls, tips etc..
The group shall be of minimum 6 participants. Age limit for participants for our Ladakh programs shall be 18 or above
Original driving license and valid photo ID proof is compulsory to be brought during the journey, absence of which participant shall be liable to pay penalty charged by checking authorities. Wearing a helmet is mandatary
If any group member wants to leave group in between then they have to pay the cost of ` 10000 for transportation of bike from the point of leaving till Manali
All participants have to fill undertaking form in Manali/ Rohtang. Any minor or major damage in motor bike cannot be claimed from insurance company so it is directly payable by you
Schedules may be revised/altered as per the unexpected situations or unforeseen conditions of weather, we shall give our best shot to serve you
Any additional expense due to bad weather, natural calamities or any reasons beyond human control, road blocks, flight cancellation or health issues shall be charged extra. Nor we or our associates suppliers/ hotels shall be responsible for additional expense / obligation.
Cancellation charges per persons are as follows:-
a) Cancellation up to 30 days prior to departure - 10% deduction of tour cost
b) Between 30 to 15 days prior departure - 40% deduction of tour cost
c) Less than 15 days no cash refund
