To do so, the man bravely stood in front of the crowd at the court-house and ate a whole basket of the nutritious fruit. Not dying after consumption, the entire trial procedure was dismissed.

6. In the year 1842, the Group for the Protection of German Immigrants in Texas set its aspirations for immigration on the Republic of Texas. The Group was first created in Germany, with the main end goal being exchanging spurs for the lederhosen and to cultivate a German state.

7. America’s 30th Vice President had the distinction of being not only a banker and politician before assuming the character of Calvin Coolidge’s VP but in addition a hit music composer. The man enjoyed playing the piano and also composed music and co-wrote the melody in Major in the year 1911.
