- On day-1 you will be greeted by our representative who will then accompany you to your accommodation for rest and acclimatization.
- Have a mouth-watering breakfast at the hotel and then start your sightseeing tour of Leh towards sham valley, we will visit Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and the Hall of fame (A museum in memory of the brave Indian soldiers). Sangam Point is the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. Evening visit to the popular Shanti Stupa that was built to commemorate 2500 years of Buddhism and offers amazing sunset and panoramic views of the city from the clifftop. Visit the Leh Palace which was built in the 17th century and will give you an insight into the bygone golden era of Leh.
- Later visit the local Leh Market to buy some Tibetan handicrafts or go cafe hopping to try the delicious Ladakhi cuisine. Return back to the hotel for a lip- smacking dinner.
- Overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.
- After Breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (The highest Motorable road in the world, 18,380 ft). You can take short breaks at roadside cafes and scenic points for photography. On arrival check in to the hotel/camp. Post lunch, enjoy a camel safari (double humped camel which are found only in Ladakh & Mongolia) at the Sand Dunes between Deskit & Hundur Village.
- Turtuk Day Excursion
- Today we will drive towards Turtuk village and back to Hundar.
- which is the northernmost village in India situated in the Nubra Valley, on the banks of the Shyok river. It is the Balti region that was under Pakistan’s control until 1971, after which India gained control over this important area. Turtuk is the last outpost of India at Thang (Last Village) after which Pakistan-controlled Gilgit-Baltistan begins. Turtuk is famous for its varieties of fruits, especially apricots.
- After Breakfast leave for Pangong Lake 14,500 ft, drive of 6 – 7 Hrs. Arrival at Camp, Later free time at Leisure and enjoy the color-changing lake and the sunset on the banks of the lake. O/N Pangong Lake.
- Today we will head back to Leh, early in the morning you will be able to capture a beautiful sunrise Time Lapse at the Pangong Lake. On the way, you will cross Chang La at an elevation of 5360m. You will visit Thiksey Monastery built in 1430 AD and Rancho’s school.
- Today is the last day of your journey. The majority of flights in Leh leave early in the morning or afternoon. You can fly back to your hometown depending on your flight schedule. This is where the magnificent and enthralling Leh Ladakh bike trip comes to an end.

- Security Deposit will be refundable. In case of any damages to the bike and riding gear the client has to be borne directly.
- In case of any damage to the riding gears the customer is liable to pay for damage
- In case of accidents the customer is liable to pay for the damages he/she made
- Any medical or evacuation expenses
- Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, landslides, political insurgencies etc.
- Any services/meals not mentioned in Cost Includes.
Climatic conditions in the high altitudes vary from the plains; you should take adequate time to get
acclimatized to high altitudes.
● Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a rst-aid kit during the tour.
● It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour. The advisable baggage weight is 60 litres as you might have to carry the luggage to the backup vehicle, the accommodation, etc.
● Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests, hotel change, etc., before the beginning of the trip.
● The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
● Tripacation reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurs (i.e. weather conditions, political conditions or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
● For booking, pay 25% of the package per person After that payment policy mentioned below will be applicable
● The above-mentioned tour prices are per person for Indian Nationals only.
● All payments for the package cost must be made by the customer to the company in accordance with the procedure and time frame mentioned below.
● Minimum 25% of total land package to be paid at the time of booking. Remaining of total land package before departure date.
● For Air Tickets, 100% of payment for flight tickets at the time of booking.
● For booking confirmation, you need to pay 25% amount in Tripacation account by Cheque/Cash/Net banking in our company account. The remaining amount should be paid before departure
In order to cover our expected loss from the cancellation of the booking below is set scale of charges which must be paid by traveler.
● 20 % of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation amount 30 or more days before your travel date.
● 40% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation amount between 20 to 30 days before your travel date.
● 60% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation amount between 10 to 20 days before your travel date.
● 100% of the package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee less than 10 days before your travel date.
● The Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It purely depends upon the cancellation policy of the respective hotels. In Peak seasons, some hotels may charge a 100% cancellation. Refunds normally take 12 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & transferred electronically to your
