Starting off on my Himalayan quest, I came across surreal landscapes and incredible people who make those places more beautiful. Especially women, who are of special importance, as their role is elaborate as compared to the one in other regions. Right from contributing to natural resource management, agriculture, tourism, they shoulder the responsibility of their families. Women there have endured a lot.
Back I come, with tales of these pahadi beauties in this video, tuning in Coldplay's 'Paradise' which happens to be my all time favourite. The song depicts how little girls in mountains have dreamy life in their childhood, but they eventually pass through hardships as they grow-up. However they get habitual in their older age.
