PLACES TO VISIT IN UBUD ,BALI 🌴

Let me answer 1st and 3rd question before the second one .

🗓 Minimum of 2days stay is a must in Ubud can go up 3-4 days .

Note: No. 3 not to be missed.

🐲Where to Stay ? 🐲

🌴BUMI Ubud Resort 🌴is a highly recommend place by me to stay in budget with luxury and lush greens. You will be mesmerised by the lush greens 🥬 and infinity pool with view of the rice Fields was one of the highlight 😍.

We booked a premium villa which was super comfy.. quiet big and well maintained with beautiful wooden work ,books on the shelf and also some space outside the room to enjoy the weather with food n drinks.

Amazing hospitality. Morning walks inside were perfect. And yes delicious food inside the hotel and around.

TIP : Rent a Scooter 🛵( Price 60000-70000 Rupiah for 24 hours ) comes to around 300-350 INR- this is without fuel ⛽️..that you can get filled as per your travel plans.

🌼Places to visit.

1* Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary 🐒

Read the rules on the board when you buy the tickets 🎫. (Don't look in the eyes of monkey 🐵)

This place is full of monkeys ...shady greens all around with historical vintage huge trees with all long spread roots ..and flowing water by the side of big mountain like walls as you walk deep inside the forest.One beautiful family outing can be done here.

A perfect place to take pictures but be careful about your belongings and cameras 📸 as you never know maybe a monkey 🐒 is keeping an eye on you .😅

2*🗿 Tegenungan Waterfall

Start to the point reaching the waterfall itself is an incredible experience.

Walking down the steps with some beautiful spots in between to cherries ..get clicked at some man made nests .

We just loved the breeze on every step down .

At the waterfall take a dip ..than climb up few steps paying a nominal charge to be at the cafes up the waterfall.🌴 🍻 with free pool excess and amazing views.

Experience the Amazing Bali Swing .. 3 swings are available smaller one down at the waterfall and other two big ones at cafe's .. with different price range from 100000-300000 Rupiah (500-1500 INR).

Enjoy some hot coffee river side after a dip in the waterfall before you step back home or maybe some beer and meal as we did 😄.

3*Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang 🏜

Tips- Take an extra pair of shorts | water shoes if possible otherwise can go bare foot as I went and bring out your wild side 😁.

This place is a hidden gem in Bali , near Ubud.

You might not find this place in to do list but it is a must must visit place and experience the raw nature.

Been there in July.

Hopping from one rock to another, crossing through water 3/4 dipped inside .

You will get a guide along with you .. to make a way and click pictures of you .

Note : There is a mid way exit too if you just want to experience the adventure and come back or you feeling tired and don't want to continue.

Amazing crowd/ clean washrooms and food n drinks point after trek .

🧖🏻‍♂️Not a good option for elderly and overweight (No offence) people as they might be uncomfortable doing it.

4*Saraswati Temple

A quick visit to this place will do but a definitely do visit.

It will take 15-20 minutes to cover this place and click pictures around.

Beautiful bed of Lotus around and historic infrastructure.

💃 * Bali Traditional Dance at the City Fort and at Saraswati temple.

Ticket Price - 100,000 Rupiah .

This could be boring after sometime but yes altogether a different experience to watch the locals performing characters with the traditional live music being played.

5* Ridge Walk

Tip: Take a water Bottle and a small bag for basic stuff like face towel and biscuits maybe.

This is one of the sunset or Sunrise trek around and if you love walking and want fresh air with all the greens around..this place is for you .

I left my phone home so can live the experience all raw and no distractions.

6*Mount Batur Sunrise Trek

I would suggest you to take a package for this one .

The group will pick you up around 3 :00 an and drop you back between7:00-8:00 am ,will also provide you light breakfast during the trek.

Go only if are ready for some adventure throughout and have enough stamina to walk up and down .

It starts early in the morning,so that you can reach the top to witness the mesmerising Sunrise 🌅 you might not witness any time sooner.

7* Tegallalang Rice Terraces

This can be covered in the morning itself but early morning.

I found it average as it's now not as you see in pictures over google ..they need a lot of maintenance.

Drive to this place , park your vehicle and pay a small donation basically a different name for the entry price to the rice terraces and enjoy peace.

Possibly eat something before you go here ,so that you can sit there for long otherwise you might feel hungry and come down early to eat something.

Note: You can also cover the Butterfly 🦋 Part which i missed as it was under maintenance:(

Walk around and visit the local art galleries all around.
