Hey Anjana, It will depend on your itinerary. You may cover these places in 10 days. Delhi->Bikaner (2 days) -> Jaiselmar (3 Days)->Jodphur(2 Days) ->Mt abbu(2 days). You can take trains or gov. buses as public transport is very good in Rajasthan. Even trains are on exact time. When i visited Bikaner from Delhi in August 2018 train reached Bikaner 1 hour before scheduled time.

Hi Anjana, it all depends on how many places you want to cover in this span, if you want to cover the major places like Jaipur, Jodhpur, Ajmer, Pushkar Bikaner and Jaisalmer, the number of days are enough. If you want to add places like Mt Abu, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Kumbhalgarh you will need more days.

10 days is more than sufficient and the local rides are very feasible . I found the locals very nice and yes ! do lot of bargaining with the auto drivers .
