Agonda beach is lined with nice beach side cottages/rooms. I've stayed at Seascape at Agonda and it was quite nice, right on the beach with full glass doors giving you full view of the beach right from your bed. Would recommend beach shacks or resorts at palolem beach. There are plenty of it and you can easily find good accommodation via any booking sites.
