I would suggest Budapest, Hungary for your first solo international trip, I had been on a solo trip to Budapest and felt completely safe there. Also it is budget friendly and incredibly beautiful. Give it a try, trust me you won't regret it :-)

Singapore is super safe but cheap also if you get a cheap stay. Little India can solve all stay and food issues. Flights are lil costlier right now due to Jet airways issues. Take a Mrt card and explore.
Bali is another super cheap destination.Hotels are cheap and food is also not that expensive. You can enjoy Spa and nature in Bali.
