Try coming to northeast first stay for a night here and you will get some good packages for nepal and bhuta from here as both of the countries are nearby to NE

Plan for Bhutan(obtain travel permit from kolkata) or when you enter Bhutan which takes longer waiting hours Day 1- flight from delhi to bagdodara(2.5hrs). Take a cab from bagdodara to Phutshuling(4hrs). Take a taxi from taxistand to thimpu( 5 hrs).and halt overnight. (Norzim lam - main road in thimpu with hotels). Day 2- sightseeing in Thimpu.Tashi Cho Dzong, memorial chortrn,buddha view point,changangkhs hakhang,overnight stay. Day3- thimpu to punakha-on way visit Dochula pass, wangriphodrang, punakha dzong,stop of metsina n walk till chimi lakhang., . overnight stay in punakha. (Stay in Dochula Cafeteria lodge for view of snow mountains) Day 4-(optional). Punakha to phojikha valley( 3hrs). nd goempa monastery.overnught at punakha. Day 5: punakha to paro.(4 hrs). Visit paro dzong, kichu lhakhang,evening walk in paro town,national musuem. Day 6:hike to tiger nest temple.overnight stay in paro. Dayy 7: paro to Ha valley(3 hrs). Overnight paro. Tourist going beyond Thimphu and Paro need to acquire a 'special area permit' from the RGoB Immigration Office at Thimphu on any working days (Monday to Friday) Cost will depend on from where are you starting.. From Bagdodara, if u calculate, it may cost around ₹25- 30k per person.
