Both are beautiful in their own ways. Depends on your interests. Goa is touristy and has everything for every mood. Andaman on the other hand is more about tranquility, peace, perfect romantic spots, as well as a big family adventure. Pick your choice!

Both places are good in their own way. Andaman has the best beaches in the country with clear waters. One can also opt for water sports available there. But the problem is other than that there isn't much to do. While in Goa there are tons of things to do and is easily accessible by all modes of transport.
