I will suggest Sri Lanka or Thailand on a budget or go for Dubai or Mauritius if money is not a barrier.

You can go Sikkim and Darjeeling. February is the best time to visit the place. In Sikkim you can cover Gangtok, lachung and lachen.

If money is no Barrier then perhaps Rome or Paris is one of the most romantic destinations in the world for honeymoon couples. But you'll hv to apply for Visa in advance. You can go to Prague as well. it's a beautiful place and has Visa on arrival.

Turkey is what I can think of. Go on the top of Hot balloon. Thats what I can think of, unless you mention anything in special

Vietnam will be a good option especially the Northern part. Kustaanlinna Beach in Finland is betterv place for travel in your days.
Kustaanlinna beach is located in the Hietalahti district in the Southern City Bay region. The 50 meter long sandy beach is partly man-made and partly well-groomed. A small forest surrounds the coast on all sides. The beach is suitable for children because the water gradually deepens.

At a distance of 25 meters from the shore, the water is still less than two meters deep. The seabed is made up of sand and gravel. There is also a women's restroom on the beach.
