Leh Ladak is best for bike ride.
In southern Indian Western ghats are amazing. Nature at its best. You can do Bike ride in places like Wayanad, Chikmangaluru, Kudremukh
You can visit South India during this season. Wayanad, Munnar, Chikmanaglur, Sakleshpur etc.
Beaches - Gokarna for less crowd . You can trek from Paradise Beach - Half Moon beach and Om beach. Water activities would be closed during monsoon. https://www.tripoto.com/trip/gokarna-a-more-relaxed-place-than-goa-5cffe4ede3c8f If you like Mountains - you can go to Himachal or Uttarkhand. But be safe, as the landslides would be more.
