2 days is good enough time if you want to cover Rishikesh . But the time span also depends on what you are expecting from the trip . If you want the adrenaline go for the bungee jumping and riverrafting on one day and you can visit beetle's ashram , Lakshminarayan jhula , ram jhula , aarti at triveni ghat on the other day . You can also have meaningful conversation's with people if it's a soul searching journey for you . According to me you should take a hostel stay as you would meet people in the evening . Conversations are great and as you are travelling solo you can save some money . From Delhi, book your tickets to Haridwar. You will reach there in evening m
after reaching Haridwar, on very first day take a cab as early as possible to Rishikesh for Bunjee . it'll take few hours. after that visit laxman jhula, ram jhula. after completing those things come back to Haridwar and spend your time at Harki pouri ghat ( Sandha Aarati)
2nd day take local auto to visit some famous temples at Haridwar. on evening take Derahdun Satabdi. you will reach Delhi approximately 11:30PM
