December is the best time to visit Meghalaya! not only do you get to see clear water and enjoy diving in Natural Pool's but you are able to enjoy the scenic beauty without being worried about the unpredictable rainfalls that the place get through out the year!. It's so so beautifult hat you might just extend your trip to cover all of it!
You can visit extreme hot places like rajasthan in the month of December...it would be cold needless to say but you can definitely endure a colder climate than a super hot one and can have lifetime experiences of feeling the culture , the folk music of sarangi, connections with foreign tourists, and also staying up at royal forts turned hotels and the delightful vegetarian food will satisfy your soul...overall you will not be disheartened I am sure about it....plan accordingly and visit as many places as you can they are well connected by roads and trains... whichever transport you like!!! :)
thanks...and welcome to Rajasthan!!
