Hi Akshat.. I would suggest not to visit Spiti during August as it rains quite a lot and there are chances of landslides and road blocks. Its best to visit Spiti from April to mid of July.

Hi, Akshat, Weather in Spiti might be around 10-15 Degree C. Even if it rains, it doesn't rain heavily. Mystical Culture and Heavenly Mountains will help you rejuvenate peacefully. Regards. Ronak Vora.

Hey akshat, i am from old manali, and i trek to spiti every week, as spiti comes in transhimalayan range(dry desert) of himalayas there's no rain in spiti valley. this is the best season to travel spiti valley
These are the monsoon months when monsoon is in full swing in Kinnaur and it is better to avoid this time as the area is prone to landslides. However, Spiti valley itself remains fine at this time as Spiti is in rain shadow zone.
You can visit, just watch out for the rains, as you may stuck in landslide.
April to mid-May: At this time, the snow starts to melt. ... Mid – May to mid – July: This is the real peak season in Spiti when the valley welcome hordes of tourists who wish to get respite from city heat.
