First go to Tirupati, then take a train or bus to Chennai and explore the city . Then you have daily buses and trains to Rameshwaram in the evenings and night. After Rameshwaram go to Kanyakumari. Explore Ooty, Bangalore, Mysore and many hill stations and great places in Kerala and Tamilnadu if possible. Hope this helps you 😊.
