Hello Somesh, Though the best time to visit Andaman is from October-May, as rest of the months the Island experiences rainfall. You can still go ahead with the plan if you don't want to Scuba Dive in the Andamans, as visibility under water is poor during the rainy season. Ferry to Havelock Island gets cancelled sometimes due to heavy rain but the service resumes post downpour. It doesn't rain all day long but don't forget to carry an umbrella and raincoat.
