I love travelling alone. I've met people from all over the world and made amazing friends.
At the moment, I can pack my bag and leave anywhere around the world and i'll have a friend in that country! Infact one of the travellers once told me "You are truely alone only when you want to be". She was absolutely true. You can live in hostels, go on free walking tours, pub crawls and just pick up a converstion in the coffe shop. it all depends on you. Travelling alone gives you the freedom and pleasure that nothing in the world can compare to. if you want to know more, just message me!
Going by your question, and giving it a re-read, I stumble to ask you a question instead, Are you really feeling the call for a solo trip?
As Boring is something that does not interests you much and has nothing to help you evolve in any sense.
Whearas a Solo trip has a lot to offer you moment by moment, you would end up creating an ideal environment quite a few times to gain perspectives.
It is a Journey where you set to explore the other side of you under kind of extreme conditions, one of which is being Self-Aware all the time, and letting the moment unfold the next step of your journey. As a friend by your side, I would suggest you to write down what your expectations are from this trip, and seek the help from all these answers as a guide to help you create an expected Reality.
Have a Safe Trip :)
Hi rohit, You should start enjoying your company during your solo trips. Keep a good book with you during your travels. Explore new culture and food wherever you travel and don't hesitate to communicate to local or fellow travellers . Start staying in backpacker hostel where you will have amazing people so will not feel bored at a time . perks of travelling solo is you can explore your hidden side .
Solo trip is the best plan for anyone because no schedule no plan and main thing is no need take care of anyone for going anywhere.i love solo trip anywhere in the world.

No! Solo trip is not at all boring! 😅 It gives you this amazing zeal to interact with other people and plus you have sooo much time to spend just on yourself! One renews his/her own spirit and gives one enough motivation to succeed on the path towards the goal. I experienced it myself and I am only 19 years old and went on a solo trip to jaisalmer. And those were one of the best days of my life...💥
Hi Rohit, For cost cutting stay in hostels like Mustache, Zostels etc. Like i stayed in Mustache Rishikesh for like 300bucks ac rooms and all. Hostel guests are pretty friendly so you can interact with them and also maybe hitch a ride. Travelling solo is the best thing. You are not bounded to anyone’s limitations, you are free to do anything.
Solo trips are never boring unless you make it boring by cursing yourself. When travelling solo the things are limitless, also you can get to know fellow solo travellers as well. Stay in hostels, have local cuisine for food, use public transports to minimise the expenses.
It is kind of fun travelling alone, you will be astonished to find how easy it is once you know what you wana do. you can decide yourself wht u wan experience and what you wana see. ya for cheaper travel cost need to work out the trip. use airbnb for budget stays or trivago. there couchsurfing which is again another free option of sty with culture and talent sharing. try that as well.
Rohit, it truly depends on your nature. Solo traveling gives you options of interacting with locals and other travellers. You can enjoy the place on your own pace. I like traveling on my own or with small group because it needs lot of dependency. Cost cutting is very easy if you know what you want. for example as a girl I feel unsafe in cheap hotels and good hotels are out of budget so I try and find hostels. staying in hostels have other benefits like the staff there are used to backpackers. they are informal, gives you tips and tricks for cheap but good way to explore the place, provides maps and other information. You can cook on your own in hostels so save money on food too. Most of them provide cooks too. Hope it helps. Happy travelling.
This is a very valid question anyone might have, especially these days when the social media is flooded with solo travelling and backpacking content. But you should really consider a solo trip only when you have a strong urge to be with yourself, rather than planning one just for trying.
Now, travelling solo has a lot of benefits of its own. The most important of all is that you get the freedom to enjoy your trip as per your convenience. There is no hard itinerary you need to follow. You can spend more time at places you like and altogether skip the ones you don't feel worth visiting. You get a lot of time for yourself as well which is otherwise difficult in a daily routine.
Also, travelling solo does not necessarily mean you need to be alone all the time on the trip. You can meet new people, especially when you stay at hostels or couchsurfs and tag along with them to explore around. Travelling solo also helps you get the local feel of a place better than in a group when you might be stuck more to touristy ways, as you need to interact more with the local people. These all factors also help you grow as a person, become more aware of and open to different cultures and ideologies, hones up your networking skills and grows your confidence, and all this while you are enjoying a trip rather than in a classroom training.
It purely depends on the perception of the person. Every person has different taste, some like to be around people while some enjoy their own company. Now, your question in my experience is: when you travel in groups the you kindof be dependent on others, your learning abilities gets restricted, while if you are on your own your experience is quite different.
There will be lot of learning while you travel solo. It will not be boring inspite you will get more time to speak with localities and explore more. You can stay in hostel and travel through local transport for cost cutting. Spend money on experiences rather than luxury.
That all depends on what actually you like. I like singing poems and talking to random people. Sometimes, I would just act as a different person. Solo trip gives you freedom to come out of your images which have already formed in front of the people you know. You can become anyone who you want.
