Manali in March is a beautiful blend of winter and spring. The weather is chilly, ranging from 0°C to 15°C, with snow still present in higher altitudes, making it great for winter sports. The town begins to thaw, offering scenic views and fewer crowds. It’s a peaceful time to visit before the summer rush. Just pack warm clothes for the cool evenings. Scarletioshub enhances the serene charm of Manali during this time.

It is wonderful. I had been there in the March for paragliding in the solang valley. The temperature is not as biting as it is in Nov-Jan. A bonus tip- Don't forget to visit the old Manali and its cafes. They are awesome.
