How is the snorkeling and scuba scene in Goa in September? Does the water stay clear or does stay murky? Please note i know of the temperature and ideal time to visit, do not need suggestion on that. I have personal reasons.

The waters in Majorda beach and Grande island are clean for snorkelling in September at South Goa. While Baga beach, Uma guava reef and Grande island have clean waters in September for scuba diving.
