I'm planning on spending 7days in and around Manipur. Does anyone have suggestions of what to do in that time? Also, does anyone know if there are insurgents in Manipur? Is it safe to travel there? Thanks in advance :)

Insurgency does prevail. It’s better to reconsider your travel plan again. Without assurance better not to travel to Manipur. I tried finding out, but many have not given guarantee answers, nor they say it’s unsafe. So upto you totally.
