while writing left side a 'plus' icon will appears click on that, paste the video link from your youtube or instagram (you should have to upload in any of the account) hope this will helpful to you. happy tripoting

You are doing from mobile or desktop ? it's working fine for me in my desktop
You can post your Youtube link to Tripoto . Cant upload videos directly

You can simply click on the plus icon. click it and you will have various options to add photos, video from Instagram or YouTube or even Facebook.
