7 days is enough in Bali, although u might feel less on days if u explore everything. must do things include-
1. water sports- scuba, paragliding, parasailing, banana boating etc
2. mount batur volcano
3. sacred monkey forest
4 bird park
5. early morning sunrise trekking if you have time you can go to Gili island
