Hey Arpit Himachal is a big state you will need ateast a month to cover all the state. Depending on my experiences you may follow this route: Chandigarh ->Trithan Valley (5 Days ) ->Mandi-Prashar Lake trek (2 Days) ->Parvati Valley-Malana,Kasol,Tosh,Kheerganga trek (5Days) ->Kullu-Manali(3 Days). You can go to Dharmshala-( Macleodganj,Triund trek,Dalhousie,Khajjiar). And for the activities 1)Rafting at Kullu 2)Skeeing at Manali 3)Paragliding at Bir (Dharamshala) or Kullu
So you can start from Shimla instead of Chandigarh. You can come to Mandi from Shimla and then follow the same route. Or you can go to Dharamshala first ->Mandi->then follow same route mentioned above
Hi Arpit, here is a perfect trip that you can go through it contains a map and a list of places to stay at these places. But it is highly unlikey for you to cover all these places right now as some of these places gets disconnected because of snow.
The best route is through Manali. from there you can head towards Kasol and then you can see different places in Kasol and thgen head towards Mcleodganj. In this route you will cover almost every place. But going to Spiti is not possible in winters
