Delhi Shimla Chitkul Kaza Manali Kasol Bir Mcleodganj – Dalhousie Pathankot

Total distance covered: More than 1500km

The journey begins from Delhi, which is well connected with the rest of the cities of India and world. The first stop on this journey is Shimla. One can take an overnight bus from Delhi to Shimla.

Thira Shimla

Shimla being one of the favourite destinations of every Delhiite is full of hotels and luxury resorts, also it is full of tourists. It is not on a backpacker's radar, thus there are not many hostels there. But Thira Shimla, is a perfect place if you want to explore Shimla. They have an in-house cook and a perfect location away from the maddening crowd.

Zostel Chitkul

Zostel Chitkul is located right next to the Baspa river and it offers you a panoramic view of the Himalayan range. There are options available of having a private room apart from the dorm as well. You also get free WiFi everywhere in the hostel, which is a big thing considering the network issues in Chitkul.

Zostel Spiti

In this hostel you not only get to stay at one amazing location in Kaza with some breathtaking views but you also get an option to pitch your own camp in the garden or stay in the Alpine tents as well. There is a sun terrace available at the hostel with free WiFi.

Yes.. I have stayed at Zostel Panchgani.. And it offers such a breathtaking view especially during late monsoon and winters. It is situated 1-2kms before actually local area of panchgani, so its a really peaceful place too. I would like to know if u have done all these places in one trip?
