Well... my wife and I completed Jaipur (including sight-seeing and shopping) in 2 days. We hired an autorickshaw for a full day and he knew most of the places. We booked the auto guy from our Hotel.

Yes, it can be. Palace visit will consume most of the time. But 3 days are good enough to visit Jaipur.
