Depends on what kind of Trip you are looking for and the Duration.
1 week in Norway with everything you want to do ie an expensive one would cost 1,000 Euros (80,000 Rs)
but a cheaper version, if you cut costs here and there it can be done in 400 euros max
same goes for Finland. Remember this does not include your flights from India

Hello dear, i think when separate your visa ad other main cost, you will have continue with arount 3,4 lakh Approximately. So if you travel in Finland, you can also try Vasa.
