First of all travelling with a travel company is a costly process. If u do it on ur own then u can save lot of money. Second if u really decided to go with them then first google about that company. If possible ask others who earlier travelled with them. If you are paying money the MN ask for the invoice with company branding.

Unless you have some feedback or past experience of someone else, dont go with any unknown trip partner.

It is better to confirm if the travel agent is genuine and checkout the past experiences of travellers who have booked through them.
once you're completely sure about it, only then proceed with payment. to checkout the reviews you can Google about them.
