Hi Ela, the cost of the trip from Delhi to Paro (return) by air and accommodation, sight seeing, vehicle and food was 50k. Avoid the monsoon months if you are going for trekking.

This was my itinerary. If you go via tours and travelers , most of them dont take you to Haa Valley. It costed me 33K per person (Including, food, stay, travel , but excluding Flight tickets) and we were 3. I hired a local SUV (you can DM me if you need a local cabs). You can reduce the cost depending on the places that you want to visit. Day 01 (17th August) – Arrival – Siliguri to P/ling – Thimpu – Night Stay at Thimpu Day 02 (18th August)– Thimpu to Paro – Night Stay at Paro Day 03 (19th August) - Paro to Tiger nest – Night Stay at Tiger Nest Resort Day 04 (20th August) – Tiger Nest Paro to Thimpu – Night Stay at Thimpu Day 05 (21st August)- Thimpu to Dochela to Wangdue to Punakha – Night stay at Punakha. Day 06 (22nd August)- Punakha – Wangdue- Visit Phobjika Valley and Return to Wangdue – Night Stay at Wangdue Day 07 (23rd August)- Wangdue – Chela la Pass – Haa Valley . Night Stay at Haa Valley Day 08 (24th August)- Haa Valley – P/Ling – Night stay at P/Ling Day 09 (25th August)- P/Ling – Siliguri – Day 10 (26th August)- Departure
