Not much good. If you want to explore desert, you will not face much rain, but weather is hot. Best time is winters.

If you are planning for Udaipur,then definitely it's the best time cos, Udaipur is full of lakes and it wil be perfect for exploring scenic view with royal culture

Yes but don’t visit jaislmer it will be scorching heat..Udaipur,mount abu can be seen or if rains predicted then can go to jaipur and jodhpur also

Best time to go to Rajasthan is winter. if you plan to travel Rajasthan in winter then it will be best.and best city to travel is jaisalmer.

In monsoon the heat is not that bad. So yes it is a good time to visit Rajasthan
