Its perfectly fine to go near 15 december as that is a christmas time and is amazing... Its a bit crowdy those days so book everything in advance.

Hey Samaksh, In my opinion, 15th December is a great time to visit, I don't think that there will be so much snow that the roads are blocked. Even if it does snow, roads are usually cleared well in time so as to not inconvenience locals and travellers. To be safe, keep checking the weather patterns one week before your trip, it will give you an idea about the road situation on 15th. As far as I think, you should be fine. But then again, nature is unpredictable, so it's best to keep a close check! Hope you have a safe trip!
