Hi Sammy, can you plz quote me the packay cost for two nights 3 days for North Sikkim for two people. The plan about cover Lachung, Lachen, Yumthang, Gurudongmar, Zero point and if possible Chopta valley. We want to leave from Gangtok on 21Oct and returning from North on 23Oct. How much would be the cost for everything including transport, food, accomodation and zero point permit (which is barely 200INR)

Hi Shilpi, yes there are accommodation options in Lachung. You can find hotels in Lachung here - https://www.tripoto.com/travel-guide/lachung/hotels. It is a better base to explore North Sikkim since it is 100km north of Gangtok. And, yes you will find travel agents in Lachung as well.

To cover the whole of North sikkim you need to stay both at Lachung and Lachen.... Lachung and Lachen are on two different ways from Chungthang.... From Lachung you go to Yumthang Valley and Katao.. And from lachen you go to Gurudongmar and Kala Patthar.... You can see this for a better outlook...

In this case you can ask to the manager of hotel in which you are staying. They could lead you properly if there is any way.

Ofcourse you can. And you can as well find tours and travels everywhere in sikkim.
i could suggest you valley tours and travels. Their agency is present both in lachung and in gangtok.
