Hello Sultan, If you have not redeemed your credits against anything but still your credits got deducted than this is a technical problem from Tripoto community so its better if you contact them via email in their registered email address and take help from their technical team which would be good for you. HAPPY TRAVELLING.

If you haven't redeemed them ,it shouldn't be deducted automatically. Try contacting at info@tripoto.com with your complaint.
