Yes you can rent the car for self drive as 1200 to 2000 per day charges without fuel, & before taking car in rent just remember you must have all the documents like aadhaar card driving license etc, & yes always remember whenever you take car on rental, it must be of mrng 8-9am timing bcz in that time you can wonder whole day & whole night till the early mrng if you take car for whole 1 day, sharing experiance as per i visited goa in last august..
