Jaipur is a very good place for the people who have Interest in history and culture. There are various places to visit includes

world trade park
There is an old market which is completely pink in colour(although orange) you should visit that also.
If you wants to enjoy with family in a water park , then you can go to pink pearl water park on ajmer road.

Yes ...the weather will be pleasant but you may get rains so check that weather forecast before going as in rains the road get blocked...try to go in May end to early June

Off course it is.
It's quaint and away from the hustle. You can visit the Old Goa Church, Dona Paula, Mangesh temple, Miramar beach, Varca beach and Cola beach. The beaches in South Goa are less crowded and very clean. You can look up for an hostel.

I would recommend solo travel anywhere across this globe. if you plan to go on a budget, I recommend staying in zostels, they are extremely budget friendly and you meet like minded travellers.

Yes definitely, but there should be a free seat available in that flight so they can change or you can simply ask your nearby passengers to change with your seat and if you have window seat and you want to change so ask any aisle seats passenger they may be happy to see window seat .Best of luck
