Trekking to Goechala in the winter months is extremely difficult (close to impossible). The slopes will be steep with ice. Trekkers will require prior experience and proper equipment for this trek.
I haven't stayed here, but the ratings don't seem good. I have stayed at Mowgli - go a good discount deal and loved the place. You can read my account here and see my sketches for inspiration: http://lonelycanopy.com/hampi-sketches/ Happy journey!
Better to stay in north as majority of tourist spots are in the north of Goa. Since with family , they generally prefer going to major known spots. You can also check south Goa side if you 0refer to get little calmness.
Stay near Colva beach or Calangute beach.
You can visit south goa beaches they r very beautiful and serene.
You can goa to old goa visit the churches their.
Funny thing is even I am planning a similar route to visit Tawang. You should definitely visit the Tawang Monastry and the apple orchids in Bhalukpong.

First , follow some good food bloggers on Instagram and YouTube. Go to less known food shops and picture it beautifully. With the good caption, start your food blog on Instagram first and then you can move onto your personal blog when become famous.

You can begin your day with a nice breakfast at Goodluck. Especially Bun Maska and Irani Chai. Cheese Omelette at Vohuman Cafe Sujata mastani: Home to the world famous Mastanis established in Pune. The wide range of Mastanis is superb. Take away packing is also very convenient. Maratha Samrat: This standard restaurant specializes in Maharashtrian cuisine, kebabs, and curries. One of the best places to have sumptuous, delicious Marathi cuisine. East Street: Ambience wise it is still one of the best in the camp area. They offer a really great choice for desserts. The chocolate vodka lava, Lindt hazelnut chocolate cake, blueberry cheesecake, losing your religion are really good. Nostalgic For Me

Rajasthan is one of the biggest state in india with 4 different geographical locations. From delhi you can first visit Jaipur via train and cover ranthambore and nearby areas, from Jaipur can take a train to bikaner, visit bikaner for a day and can go to Jaisalmer. Jaisalmer is good for 2 days, from jaisalmer take a train for jodhpur. Jodhpur could be covered in a day or 2 and from jodhpur you can pick a bus for Udaipur. Udaipur, chitorgarh and kumbalgarh would require atleast 3-4 days. Back to delhi. You need to check the train timing and count travel hours as most of the places would require minimum 5-6 hours.
