Guaranteed darkness is the first important factor. The best season to see the northern lights in Iceland is from September to mid-April – these are the months where there are full dark nights. Some sources will recommend November to February, as they are the darkest months with the longest possible window to see the lights, however, these sources often fail to take into account that these months can have the worst weather with lots of rain and snow. It is also not unheard of to see the lights as early as mid-August, once the final traces of the midnight sun summer are gone.
Checking the weather forecast regularly in the days leading to your trip to Iceland will give you an idea of your chances of seeing the lights.

Hi Lakshmi, I went to Iceland in February 2017, and to be honest, I chased the lights every night for all the 7 nights yet I managed to spot them only once, and that to when they weren't very active. However, Iceland is very beautiful and I would recommend you take the trip as there is so much more to this place. Good luck!

Hey BTI, you need to alight at new delhi railway station from ahmedabad .... Then you have to board a delhi metro to reach Kashmere gate metro which is 12 Kms ... Happy Travelling Bro!!

You need to deboard the train at New delhi Railway station, exit from Ajmeri gate side, take metro and get down at kashmere gate metro station and exit from metro gate no.1, it will hardly 30 min to reach.

Freedom is the name of the game when self-planning a trip because there are no rules or restrictions. In these situations, it makes sense to get trip insurance, just in case something out of the ordinary happens. This is true whether one is traveling domestically or abroad.

Phuket is a good choice! though the ideal time is said to be late winters because it is cooler and breezier,Sumner is a good time to experience the tropical vibes and laze at the beach! happy travels!:)

March: dry, getting hotter.
April & May: dry, as hot as hell, no wind. Most expats try to hide in the home or office during these two months.
June - August: cooling down a little, a few heavy showers, usually in the late afternoon.
Sept - Nov: the height of the rainy season, don't be surprised if it rains all day, every day. And, I'm talking SERIOUS rain.
December: end of the rainy season, not to hot but plenty of sun for a great tan, the best month for me.

Blog it in an attractive way ... learn photography ... use the social media platforms in an effective way ... try to showcase and advertise yourself and be the best in business ... things will come your way ... there is no fixed or a written protocol like if you do this you will get sponsors .... try all the ways possible .. Do a lot of try and error methods ... ask your own friends to crowd fund you, try saving money yourself and earn a lot with whatever you are doing ... start small, if you are worth it, things will come your way for sure .... You can take a bus directly to manali,spend 2 days there,must visit Solange valley.
After that take bus to Mcleodganj, go for triund trek, stay there for 3 days, exploring khajjiar as well.
Now if you have energy and time, take a bus to shimla, enjoy there for 2 days.
You are done with packed 7 days.

Yes. You NEED to get a new local sim over there or get a postpaid connection which probably cost you much because of the various charges such as roaming for say. you can get instant sim card of any company by giving reference of some jk native with his document and of course, your aadhar card is needed.
