Wow! you have selected the best destinations to get those amazing Rajasthani vibes. Each city has something different to show and explore. According to me the best time to visit destinations like Jaisalmer and Jodhpur is from November to February. If weather is not an issue, then just pack your bag and head out to these beautiful cities of Rajasthan. Don't miss out eating something local in every city.

Jaipur is a lovely heritage city in Rajasthan and one of the best place for heritage lovers. You can find numerous comfortable hotels to stay in Jaipur. You need atleast 2 complete days to explore some major areas/sights in Jaipur such as Chokhi Dhani, Jal Mahal, Hawa Mahal, Nahargarh Fort and Amer Fort. There are restaurants and cafes in front of Hawa Mahal, do visit them for a delightful meal.

Triund is one of my favorite trekking destination in Himalayas. The trek from Triund to Snowline is a bit difficult but can be done easily with a lot of patience. You can easily find tents for overnight stay. But, I will suggest you to go with a guide on any Himalayan trek. They will arrange tents and food for you both.

Post monsoon is just perfect time to visit places like Kasol in Parvati Valley. Its all lush green during September and October. Kasol is a small hamlet and few nearby places like Malana, Chalal and Tosh still maintains that old Himalayan charm. The best way to enjoy the scenic beauty is on foot and stay in local homestays. Enjoy evenings at a cafe like Moon Dance, Jim Morrison, Sunshine, etc. Travel in a responsible manner, just respect the nature and the locals!

The best months to trek to Everest base camp are pre-monsoon (February, March, April and May) and post monsoon (late September, October, November and December) Prices range per person from USD$1,400 up to $1,700 for an average 12 - 15 day trek. Prices should include: permits, round trip flights from Kathmandu to Lukla, accommodation, meals For physical preparation , start with a sensible distance that you're fairly comfortable with and work up from there. Before this trek try to do at least three long distance day hikes – 5-6 hours minimum. If you can do this without too much fuss then you'll be in great stead for your Everest trek.

Hey! There are two ways to reach langkawi from Kuala Lumpur. One is by flight which if you book in advance can be cheap and fast. But you have to search engines like Skyscanner.co.in. The other option is by bus. You can take a bus from Kuala Lumpur to either kuala perlis or Kuala Lumpur to Kuala kedah and from there you will have to take a ferry to langkawi. If the flights are expensive then bus+ferry is the cheapest option.

To visit Mechuka, Sumo service is available from Along. From Dibrugarh Airport 450kms via Pasighat, Along. A remote area of the country, almost on the border with China. BSNL network has very weak network, otherwise no connectivity with the world. Carry cash, ATMs may not work. But the place is worth all these, its beautiful and one will experience deep serenity. Hope you enjoy the trip :-)

Also Home stays are available if you do some research, there are some fellow travellers who shared phone numbers of Home Stay owner and also the exact location of those homes.

If you are looking for a leisure New Year in the mountains, a comfortable place is Mussourie, Uttarakhand.. You will get both snowfall and the taste of chilly mountain breeze as well as the gorgeous Mall Road during the festive season bustling with people and stuff. And if you don't want to stay in Mussourie town you can make your base at Dhanulti (Club Mahendra Resort) a place 15kms away from Mussourie, where you will get quietness, winds howling through the mountain forests and the winter night sky which surely will amaze you. Make a toast to the new year under the stars here!

Hi Rima, I recommend you to travel to the northernmost part of Goa which is Mandrem, Ashwem , Arambol and Querim. The white sand beaches here are surreal. These beaches are quieter compared to the famous ones in Goa. You are sure to have a super amazing time in this side of Goa. If you are looking for a detail itinerary I can help as I was there last year during the same time in this part of Goa :)

Amer fort is must to visit if you are in Jaipur and more specially if you want to see amazing fort with delicious beverages, do visit stag cafe. I loved the evening with coffee in that open cafe with magnificent view.

Visit the layers of Jaipur forts. Amer Fort at bottom. Very scenic and royal. Nahargarh Fort on top of it. This is the place where Rang De Basanti scenes were shot. Jaigarh Fort on top. It houses the Jaivana, the world's largest cannon on wheel. Hawa Mahal is must, as it is an icon of Jaipur. Delhi's Jantar Mantar is better if you have been there. Spend the evening at Chokhi Dhani, Jaipur. You will never regret the dining experience and the village ambience.

October to June is best time to visit kasol. Because after monsoons the place becomes greener and vibrant. Kasol is the one of the cheapest place. You can easily get a room of house to stay under rs 500 per night. Most of the people go to kheerganga or malana trek from there. Both of the places are very beautiful but require trekking. You can get a bus from Chandigarh to kulu and the take a bus to kasol. total budget for 2 days will be around 2500-3000 from Chandigarh.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Any time except monsoon is a good time to visit Kasol. I would advise checking with a hotel or cafe there to know the exact situation as roads often close up during rains. As for budget, you can go anywhere from Rs 5,000 to 20,000 depending on where you stay and how you travel around.
