If you are planning 2 to 3 days to cover, here are some great spots of Mahabaleshwar and Kaas plateau. From mumbai Mahabaleshwar is 6 hours away while from Pune it’s 3 hours away. You could start with Arthur’s seat, Mahabaleshwar temple, Lingamala falls, lodwick point and Bombay point view. Evening you could visit venna lake do a ride, visit sunset point that is Wilson point, shop in the city. Next day head towards Panchgani on the way stop by Dhobi falls, elephant head point, Helen’s point, tigers point, Krishna bai temple and finally Panchgani. There is a strawberry farm where by you need half day to spend. From Panchgani Kaas plateau is 2 hours away. Or from Mahabaleshwar you could drive straight to Kaas plateau. Kaas lake, windmills farm, ajinkyatara fort and falls are places to visit.

Now the route is open. Till November it is fine to travel for then on starts snowfall. There might be some remains of rains though not downpours. The weather is chill and night turn cold by night. Kindly check the weather condition on the day of your travel. Happy safe journey.

Things to carry 👇 Safari Hats Clothing in neutral colours: khaki, light brown/green, tan. Avoid bright colours & white for improved game viewing. A safari jacket is a very handy accessory to take with on your trip. Comfortable non-synthetic short- and long sleeved safari shirts Comfortable non-synthetic shorts and long trousers

Few of my favorites would be 1. Mangrove boating at poovar 2. trekking at ponmudi 3. sunrise of Kanyakumari (reach there by atleast 4-5am) 4. lighthouse of Kanyakumari. you can see the whole Kanyakumari and its breathtaking ( we went there by 9am and they were not yet open but the care taker seeing that we girls had come from afar let us in) 5. Alleppey. you can book a boat house there

Hi, What exactly do you mean? Are you planning to do a solo trip but in a group where other members are also solo travellers from different places?
upvoteUpvotemessageComment (1)
Ok, got it. I don't know it personally but I have a friend who is into travel itinerary and stuff (not a travel agent). So will discuss and get back to you.

Since you are covering lot of places you need 10 days to travel. Starting with Thailand, you could then move on to Vietnam then to Malaysia finally Bali and back to your destination. There are lot of tour packages arranged by Thomas cook kindly check in their website.

Both locations are good for a solo trip. If you are looking for experiencing snow-capped Himalayas then you should go to Sikkim. If you are looking for misty mountains then you should visit Meghalaya
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Meghalaya is full of nature especially now for after rains have left the place more lush than needed. Transportation is quite easy in Meghalaya and stay is available abundant. Sikkim on the other hand is more of mountains, hill slopes and landscapes. Covered by snow peaks all through winters, transpotation is easy to reach too. As far as stay is concerned there are places to stay too., My choice would be Meghalaya.

You can plan to visit these places on your own. They are much in and around Kerala, except for Aadiyogi statue which is in Coimbatore. You could either use bus service or book a cab and plan to cover three to four places a day. Will share a tripoto link written by a traveller pertaining to their travel to Kerala see if it is suitable for your travel. https://www.tripoto.com/kerala/trips/all-you-need-to-know-about-planning-a-6-day-budget-trip-to-kerala Cab cost might range between 10k to 12k. If you are travelling by bus cost comes down, however many places might not have direct buses to the spot.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Around the budget of 18k all places

From Shillong Cherrapunji is 1 hour away, while Dawki is 2 hours away. Same way east Khasi hills are 1 hour away and west Khasi hills are 2 hours away. So my suggestion would be you staying in Shillong from where you could cover all these places at a minimal distance. For cabs kindly check with MMT and savaari.com. Goibibo too supplies cabs on rental basis.
