The main thing is we have to take care of ourselves.. taking a private drive to Goa..and booking a resort away from the hustle bustle oh tbe town would be a good idea..
There are many cafes in shangarh with an amazing vibe, great views and delicious food. however, it is difficult to locate them since the way to these cafes are not properly marked. so it is better to call the cafes up and ask for directions. There are two in particular that I liked on my trip. first , The plant pot cafe. this cafe has an amazing view of the valley and hills and equally amazing vibe. Another would be the Mud hostel and cafe. it is a must visit if you love food. and the way to the cafe is through a village. thus the path is also amazing. You can visit my profile to know more about this.

Goa is currently one of the most non fussiest travel destination in India along with Himachal in terms of covid restrictions. There simply aren't any. Goa to mumbai is tricky. BMC may ask you to undergo a Covid test.
