Kurseong is bit far from the main Darjeeling. So there you wouldn't find much good accomodation but there are few homestays which are average. I can suggest you one that is 'Sanjeema Homestay'.

You can find very good roads between delhi to bharuch and vapi-mumbai-kolhapur but in few patches road construction is still going on but it will not make you in trouble

There aren't any restrictions now. At some heritage sites, there might be some. For that please contact any local friend from there or your hotel staff for a better opinion.

Direct bus is not available but you can go bhunter from Chandigarh HRTC and lot of private buses, jeep , cab will available from bhunter to kasol
