Its the peak season for goa, pre book your accomodations. bike hire can be done once you have reached there. if planning to stay in north goa, would suggest to book cottages and villas at vagator beach or arambol beach. you will find pretty good deal.
avoid staying at baga or calangute beach, these are too much crowded places.

Dubai if you have already done once then they Dune bashing. Better go with any off road enthusiasts who will be more than happy to take you along. It's an amazing experience that takes around half a day. Dubai frame is a relatively new experience if you haven't done yet. Visit the Marina, travel on the trams through Marina, hit the beach. On metro you can reach most of the prominent malls which I suppose you would have already done. Dubai creek Old Dubai Dhow cruise is something you could try too. Dubai offers opportunities for water sports if you are up for it. There is an aquarium in dubai mall which many tourists visit. Abudhabi is 1 hr by bus for around 25Dhs you can reach comfortably. You will find Ferrari world, Emirates palace and shopping. Abudhabi also had a vintage car museum of an erstwhile royal. I found it interesting. Hope this helps.
