Chandarnahan Lake Trek is among the most scenic treks with a moderate to high difficulty level, depending on your expertise. it has the altitude of 13,900 ft, so aclimitization is necessary if you are not used to being at such a height often. It takes around 6 days to complete this trek. You can start from Janglik, which is the base camp for this trek and is 9-10 hours away from Shimla. The basic route for Chandarnahan trek is Janglik - Dayara - Litham - Chandarnahan Lake - Litham - Dayara - Janglik You can find snow-clad mountains, lush green vistas and little villages along the way. And you are accompanied by the magnificent Pabbar river.
