Yeah boarding can help us understand which route you are taking to reach himachal pradesh. But if you are traveling from New delhi bus terminus then you have to buy a ticket either for SHIMLA or for MANALI. The route journey is very hectic but you will remember it for life long. These are the only two junctions from where you can reach Kaza (headquarter of Spiti Valley) and Lahul is just 20-22 km away from Spiti valley.

No, I don't think anyone else can travel on your behalf. Before confirming the booking of the redeemed package, they ask for you identity card, so I don't think it's possible.
UpvoteCommentYes, one can travel from your redeemed credit. Tripoto says, you worked hard to earn credits so you could choose who will travel on your credits. But for more details you should contact Tripoto team and whoever is traveling on behalf of you ask him/her to carry vaild ID proofs

You can check nearby HP University Shimla. I stayed there 3 years ago and the owner of the house also provided Dinner. I don't remember exactly the name. Though it was little away from Mall road but it was very nice experience. You can also ask there on arrival.

Well, it depends on your travel date and where you are staying bro. Sorry there is no specific budget info but you can stay in a cheap hostel with bunk bed on it.
