You can get some of the cheapest from Chennai....and also Mumbai rather than Pune .

You can Take a train till Kolkata and then take a cruise from there this should be around say max 6K to and fro. while a flight is around 16k.

If you plan accordingly then 10k will be maximum..sandakphu has two separate views.
Mostly I'll choose November becz of the weather, And I already made plans for Sandakphu on upcoming November..11th Nov is Full Moon..on that day I'll be there :)

There are actually so many hotels near the beach which are very reasonable. u can always go n bargain with the hotels directly of it's the off season.

Definitely go for anjuna, both Baga and Calangute are 15-20 mins from Anjuna and you could enjoy anjuna flea market also if you happen to be there on Wednesday.

The last ferry leave havelock at 4.30 PM and reach port blair in 2.5 hrs. However, due to weather conditions, there might be some changes (cancellation /delay) in the schedule

You have already got information regarding ferry time. I would recommend you not to wait till the last ferry. Weather in island is highly volatile. In our visit, we had to stay in Neil island due to sudden storm

Hi Ritika, You can go by booking a cab or by local buses.
I recommend train journey : find below details There is/are 4 direct train(s) from Chennai to Puducherry. These train(s) is/are Bbs Pdy Express (12898), Ndls Pdy Exp (22404), Karaikal Exp (16175) and Ltt Karaikal Exp (11017) etc. The minimum time a train takes to reach Puducherry from Chennai is 4h 00m
UpvoteCommentTake the bus from chennai airport easily accessible , i went in Dec , if you are taking NON AC then cost is 150/- INR and AC bus is 280/-. Or if you can take cab then around it will cost 1700..1800.

If you're Planning to roam around then anytime is the best time in Dubai. don't miss the fountain show which is same as Vegas.
