Summer obviously. But that also means more tourists, hiked up charges and expensive flight tickets. So choose wisely. I would prefer to skip the actual summer and go in the spring or autumn. I've always wanted to go to northern California but it depends if you want the beach or mountains?
It's too huge to be done in a month, so i suggest pick some places and then spend enough time at each location!
Summer vacation is a very beautiful time to visit the USA. Washington, D.C., is suggested. by me.
Ocean City, New Jersey:
The ideal beach destination for families is Ocean City, New Jersey, which is also one of the best weekend getaways from Washington, D.C. From Washington, DC, it will take three hours to get there. One hundred years ago, Ocean City was established as a place for religious retreats. It's worth repeating that this vacation is suitable for families. On Sundays, no alcohol is sold anywhere in the city, as many establishments close to let customers enjoy family time.

It's a terrific place to travel to in the summer because many of the businesses here close for the winter. There aren't any mega-resorts here; only tiny hotels and motels exist. A 2.5-mile wooden boardwalk is surrounded by stores, eateries, ice cream vendors, and a few amusement parks. Rehoboth Beach, Delaware:
One of the most popular weekend escapes from Washington, D.C. is to this small seaside community. President Joe Biden's summer home is about a 2.5-hour trip from his Rehoboth Beach home in Washington, D.C. As a result, it has attained global fame. The city is well known for both its wide, flat beach and its vintage wooden boardwalk.
