If you really wish to cover whole of Rajasthan leisurely doing justice then it may take about a month, it has a rich heritage and is really worth seeing (Jaipur, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Mount Abu, Ranakpur, Kumblegarh, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Bharatpur, Sariska, Ranthambhore etc are popular tourists destinations but Rajasthan offers much more like Barmer, Mandava, Bundi, Alwar, Jhalawar etc etc.).
I've recently been to Rajasthan and i was doing wfh. I fell sick in between so my 1 month trip to cover 5 cities got extended to 2 months nearly. i would say, if you're not working, you will need nearly a month or more. if you're working, definitely more than a month. Look out for hostels like zostel, moustache for solo travellers and backpackers. They're pretty affordable.
Around 15 days if u want to cover all places at once or else can plan short tours say 5-6 days to cover Udaipur side places like chittorgarh, kumbhalgarh, haldighati, ranakpur, Nathdwara etc. Then can plan other side
